1️. Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order.
Requests raised after 7 days will not be eligible for return/refund.


2️. Eligibility for Return / Refund

A return, exchange, or refund will be accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Damaged, torn, or compromised packaging at the time of delivery
  • Verified quality issues with the product

Any other concerns may be reviewed by the team on a case-by-case basis.


3️. Mandatory Proof Submission

To process your claim, please share clear photos and videos showing:

  • The product received
  • The outer packaging and shipping label
  • The exact issue (damage / wrong item / quality problem)

Requests without valid visual proof will not be processed.


4️. Return Instructions

Once your claim is approved:

  • You will be required to send the product back to our store address
  • Product must remain unused, sealed, and in its original packaging
  • All accessories, freebies, or bundles must be returned as well

Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility,
unless the issue is due to our error (wrong or damaged item sent).


5️. Refund / Exchange Resolution

After our team verifies the issue, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund (full or partial based on product condition)

Replacement is subject to product availability.


6️. Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund
  • If approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days
  • The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment

If the product is:

  • Used, opened, or mishandled
  • Returned without original packaging

→ Refund may be partially approved or denied.


7️. Items Not Eligible for Return / Refund

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened, used, or tampered spice packs
  • Perishable items unless delivered damaged or defective
  • Customized / personalized products
  • Items purchased during clearance sales, festival offers, or promotional discounts
  • Requests raised after the 7-day return window


Important Notes

  • Refund eligibility depends on the condition of the returned product
  • Any false claim or incomplete evidence will lead to rejection
  • We reserve the right to modify, reject, or accept a claim based on company policy
